Conner was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. After graduating high school, Conner attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas for two years before transferring closer to home to attend the University of North Texas. During his time in college, Conner covered various sporting events including the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks. Conner was also a Broadcast Intern for the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

After graduating from UNT with a Bachelor of Arts in Converged Broadcast Media in 2017, he began his career working in radio in Dallas, Texas as an On-Air Personality and Traffic Anchor. He has always had a passion for lifestyle and entertainment, and after spending three years in radio Conner made the transition to television broadcasting.

Conner is active in the community, serving on the Advisory Boards for The Salvation Army of Bryan/College Station and The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley. He also leads a men's bible study for his church.

When he's not working, Conner enjoys spending time with his wife Ashleigh, cheering on all of the Dallas professional sports teams and exploring the Brazos Valley.
