Jocelyn is a long-distance thru-hiker who has walked over 6,000 miles across the United States. She grew up scrambling the rocky terrain of Northern New England where she fell in love with the mountains at a young age. During her time on the trail, she has developed a heart for sharing her story of overcoming depression, complex trauma, and PTSD. She now uses her experience to raise awareness and advocate for mental health in the outdoor community.
