我的旅程始于美国东北部。如果你听说过一个叫波士顿的城市，那你就离它不远了。

我和大多数同龄人一样，做着全职工作，在没有任何真正职业方向的情况下去上学。结果，我做着自己并不喜欢的工作，来偿还一个我永远用不上的学位所带来的债务。最后，我决定放弃。

当我选择放弃这种生活的那一刻，我有幸环游了四大洲；在新西兰和阿拉斯加的冰川上担任向导；在法国阿尔卑斯山攀登；探索喜马拉雅山脉；在北极圈工作，骑自行车横穿美国，还有许多其他不可思议的经历。
