击退虫咬，让静水鳟鱼上钩
如果你能忍受刺痛的昆虫入侵你的领空，蚊虫孵化期会为夏季鳟鱼提供火热的垂钓活动。
我最喜欢的钓鱼回忆之一是，当成群的雪松腊翅鸟从头顶掠过时，我以最快的速度抛竿，钓上了一品脱大小的本地锦鲤。
每当我的苍蝇落在一个上升点附近时，我几乎都能立即得到回应。鳟鱼的动作是如此之快，以至于我很快就数不清有多少鱼上钩了。
唯一让我感到遗憾的是，我不断被蚊子叮咬。鱼儿和鸣鸟在温暖的晚霞中大快朵颐地吃着孵化出来的蚊子。
当时我只有 12 岁，但这句话让我记忆犹新。在此后的几十年里，我注意到一种模式的出现，现在我几乎津津乐道于蚊子孵化期快节奏捕鱼时的叮咬。
